Ingredients: Lard, Lye, Water.  Debbie's Handmade Lye Soap is a very mild, old fashioned lye soap.  Besides its efficient cleaning capabilities, from your hands to difficult laundry stains, Debbie's Lye Soap can be used to reduce reaction to poison ivy or oak.  Wash the infected area no longer than twelve hours after contamination and the oil of the poison almost always dries up before blistering.  Even after you have blisters, the soap will help heal the outbreak.
